Finally got to play the Valkyrie and this just hits the Macross itch!

Hi, would like to ask if their is any word on the PDF for the LCP?
Your LCP caught my eye specially because it included a Nemesis System-esque NPC Template (like the one of Shadow of Mordor, which is pretty hype! big fan of the game btw) and a Sidekick-esque NPC which is a plus for me since I run very small play and sometimes would have only less than 2 players available.
An update would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. Props to Pilot.Net since I found your LCP via a small discussion they had over there about this! Would also recommend you make a thread over their for more visibility as well!
Hi Hello, YNMPylons here.
Yes, we have a planned release for the PDF file for the NPCs by the end of September.
Also, thanks for the recommendation to make a thread over at PNet. we would be doing so in the future once we are confident enough that the LCP and its accompanying PDF is up to scratch.
Our GM ran a one shot of Lancer last week to introduce it to us, as a change of pace from our normal DnD and Pathfinder campaigns and this is one of the HB they recommended on the table. Was mad in love immediately with the Nereid since its basically like having the ability to summon Personas (NHP)!
Also GM told us the author was from the Philippines!
Mabuhay! Kababayan!
P.S. Saw the color scheme of the Nereid and realized its the trans flag color scheme! Hype!
Hi Hello, YNMPylons here.
Happy that you find the contents of the LCP file to your liking.
The Nereid is actually a mech frame we made in reference to Bubblegum Crisis (a very old anime), its color scheme was a happy coincidental accident, I think (though have heard same feedback as well).
And yes, we have been told via feedback that the Nereid feels like a Persona (NHP) mech via its Holograms.
Also yes, Marikina represent.
Any reason why the valkyrie has both a bonus damage trait and a heavy mount? It's pretty atypical of standard lancer mechs
As of 1.03 its a trait that was placed on the Valkyrie purely for reference on its original source.
As of 1.04 (an incoming release), the entire EINS mech line including the Alt frames are getting overhauls. Part of the overhaul is realigning of mech traits and such.
Question about external drone module, does this allow argonaut drone to be deployed bypassing usual restrictions?
I believe your referring to Drone Escort Module instead of Drone External Mount (which basically functions as a different take to the IPS-N Lancaster Mule Harness).
Drone Escort Module, allows the deployment of the Argonaut Drone at the beginning of the scene (as of 1.03).
